🔁 Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

📦 Non-refundable products

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Single cards
  • Opened products
  • Opened sealed products
  • Promotional or clearance products
  • Cards or products with normal printing or condition variations

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (TCG), all sales of single cards are final.

⚠️ Damaged items or order error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may:

  • Replace the item (if available)
    or
  • Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
