📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand (e.g., new product launches, promotions, holidays), an additional delay may apply.

We currently ship throughout Canada.

📍 Local Delivery — Magdalen Islands

We also offer a local delivery service to the Magdalen Islands, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours following payment confirmation.

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The weight of the package
  • The dimensions of the package
  • The delivery address

The exact cost will be displayed before order confirmation.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping may be offered when your order reaches a minimum of $150 (before taxes).

📬 Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be automatically sent to your email address after your order has been shipped.

You can track your package directly via the carrier's website.

🛡 Product Packaging

We pay special attention to the protection of your items.

Products are packaged according to the following standards:

  • Individual cards protected with sleeves and top loaders
  • Sealed products wrapped with protective material
  • Packages secured to reduce the risk of damage during transit

⚠️ Damaged Items or Lost Packages

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, L’ancre du collectionneur is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.

However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will analyze the situation and do our best to assist you.

📍 Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address when placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

🌎 International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
